Cyber Desk event registration & management platform · Last updated: 20 Oct 2026
1. About this service
Cyber Desk is a registration, badge-printing, check-in and stall-management platform developed and operated by Group Takey ("we", "us"). It is used by event and exhibition organisers ("Organisers") to register visitors, delegates, exhibitors and staff ("Attendees"). By registering for an event, using a pass, or signing in to the platform you agree to these terms.
2. Registration and passes
- Please give correct and complete details. The Organiser may reject or cancel a registration that is incorrect, duplicated or abusive.
- A pass (QR code / barcode) is personal and non-transferable. It may be limited to a fixed number of entries, to specific days, or to specific sessions, as decided by the Organiser. Shared, copied or duplicated passes may be refused at the gate.
- Entry and exit scans, with date, time and gate, are recorded for security, attendance and reporting.
- Registration does not guarantee entry if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or full. Rules of the venue and of the Organiser apply on site.
3. Exhibitors and stalls
Stall requests are subject to confirmation by the Organiser. A stall is booked only after the Organiser confirms it; fees, payment terms, cancellation and exhibitor-pass quotas are decided by the Organiser. Exhibitors are responsible for the conduct of their staff and for the accuracy of the information they provide.
4. Organiser and staff accounts
- Logins are issued for a defined validity period and may be activated, deactivated or renewed by Group Takey. After expiry the login stops working, and earlier registrations are kept as history for the Organiser.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
- Do not attempt to access data of other Organisers, interfere with the platform, scan it for vulnerabilities or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Acceptable use
You must not submit false, offensive or unlawful content, use the service to send spam, or collect data of persons without a lawful purpose. We may suspend access to protect the platform, other users or Attendees.
6. Responsibility of the Organiser
The Organiser decides why and how Attendee data is used (for example invitations, entry control, exhibitor leads) and is responsible for having a lawful basis, informing Attendees, and handling their requests. Group Takey provides the technology and processes data on the Organiser's behalf.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Please keep a manual back-up plan (for example a printed list) for important events. To the extent permitted by law, Group Takey is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss arising from internet, power or device failure at the venue, or for the acts of Organisers, Exhibitors or Attendees. Our total liability is limited to the fees, if any, paid to us for the relevant event.
8. Intellectual property
The Cyber Desk software, design and logo belong to Group Takey. Organisers keep ownership of their own event content, logos and Attendee data.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Organisers can ask us to export or delete their event data subject to legal retention requirements.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
